Personal Coaching

The objective of personal coaching is to strengthen the capabilities of the trainees and improve their key skills to enable them to succeed in their roles. Personal coaching offers the platform for improving management skills or leveraging the success of the trainee in a specific skill.

Methodology

The coaching combines conversations between the trainer and the trainee, delivery of knowledge, and practice by simulations. In the course of the coaching, it is likely that a DVD camera will be used to photograph the exercises of the trainee, which will then be analyzed. During and at the end of the coaching, the trainee receives DVD discs containing photos of the exercises and the feedback provided in the course of the exercise.

Timeframe

The timeframe is adapted to the trainee’s requirements and objectives. The first meeting constitutes a framework in which the trainee and coach determine the timeframe and the work of the coaching.

The outputs proposed constitute an initial framework only and are dependent upon the performance of the comprehensive coaching. Upon the decision to perform the coaching, an additional preparatory conversation takes place to focus and adapt the contents of the coaching and the desired output. Comprehensive coaching in effective presentation will provide the trainee with the ability to deliver a presentation that achieves results while creating audience interest throughout the presentation.
