Employees Assessment & Provision of Effective Feedback

Background

Managers, team leaders, and project managers are required to perform periodic assessment of employees and to provide employees with accurate feedback on their performance, meeting objectives, outputs and on their overall performance. The objective of the assessment and feedback is to train and teach the employee, whilst reinforcing qualities which should be preserved and focusing on the weak points, while providing solutions and teaching coping strategies.
Often assessment and feedback of employees is given emotionally, not in an orderly manner, and with no preparation on the part of the provider of the assessment and feedback. Providing effective feedback reinforces the manager's position as the leader, and helps him, employees, and the entire organization achieve their objectives.

Objective

The main goal of this of this workshop is to provide, improve, and develop participants' skills of assessing their employees and providing effective, result-oriented feedback.
