In general, managers and employees are required to perform their tasks efficiently and to effectively manage their most precious resource in our competitive business environment: time. For this reason, there is also a need to develop the ability to determine priorities, to effectively allocate time, and to cope with “time consumers”. Numerous managers and employees feel that they act upon these principles. During the workshop, the participants gain insight and acquire practical tools to effectively manage their time and tasks.
This workshop is dedicated for managers and any of those who wish to manage their time and tasks efficiently and to be more effective in their work.
The workshop on managing time and tasks combines frontal presentations, working with individual worksheets, instructional movies, and analysis of events at work. Preparatory work is performed, in order to adapt the study to the profile and requirements of the participants.
Emphasis is placed on the high involvement of all the participants throughout the workshop.
